East Village Studio

Jordan Parnass Digital Architecture has designed the East Village live work studio in New York. With such a small amount of space to work with, they managed to excel in the organization and layout of this cool NYC condo. A sculpted wood-paneled central service core holds the kitchen, bath, closets, and sleeping loft.

Designer Marco Morosini has found his niche: dog houses. And he has designed quite a few fun designs – but this one (‘Good Life‘) stood out.

Although it looks like joke, and of course being highly impractical, it does look mighty stylish. Morosoni took the liberty of making the glass house quite a bit higher than necessary, and added a red ‘throne’ in the middle to the composition.
